The Annual ELE Halloween Decorating Contest has begun and judging will take place the week of October 27th. Winners will be announced before Halloween. 

Don't be FRIGHTENED by the competition! Awards are given for CUTEST, SPOOKIEST and BEST OVERALL, and each winner gets bragging rights to last through 2026. You're sure to have a HOWLING good time!
