  • The ELE annual meeting of homeowners is held on the third Sunday of September each year. During the meeting, the board reports on its activities over the past year. and holds elections for any vacated seats for the coming year.

    Weather permitting, the swimming pool will open for the last splash of summer, along with a community cookout.

    The governing document for the Enchanted Lake Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. Each homeowner has acknowledged agreement with the Declaration of Covenants at the time of closing at the title company.

  • Q: When does the HOA Board meet?
    A: The third Wednesday of every month.

    Q: Can I attend a board meeting?
    A: ELE homeowners are welcome to attend monthly board meetings. Contact the HOA President one week prior to the meeting to be added to the meeting agenda.

    Q: How much are annual HOA dues?
    A: Annual dues for 2025 were $600 per property.

    Q: Can I pay my annual dues online?
    A: Annual dues can be paid by cash, check or Zelle.

    Q: Can I host a private party in the community clubhouse?
    A: Yes. ELE Residents can rent the clubhouse during non-pool hours
    for a small base + hourly fee. Pool parties require lifeguards on-duty
    for an additional hourly rate. Details can be found in the Neighborhood Directory
    or by contacting the HOA Pool chairperson.
