The ELE annual meeting of homeowners is held on the third Sunday of September each year. During the meeting, the board reports on its activities over the past year. and holds elections for any vacated seats for the coming year.
Weather permitting, the swimming pool will open for the last splash of summer, along with a community cookout.

A: Annual dues can be paid by cash, check or Zelle.

A: Yes. ELE Residents can rent the clubhouse during non-pool hours
for a small base + hourly fee. Pool parties require lifeguards on-duty
for an additional hourly rate. Details can be found in the Neighborhood Directory
